We are currently accepting Worker's Compensation Insurance,Private Health Insurance,Medicare and Medi-Cal.
All new worker's compensation patient's will need to obtain written authorization from worker's compensation insurance adjusters, prior to office visit. All medical records will need to be sent to our office ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive authorization or records, your appointment will be rescheduled.
